Internal windows lead to constant noise from hallway traffic!!! Hot tub required clearer usage instructions!!! The missing air conditioning might be a concern during warm months!!! Some extra soundproofing could enhance the experience significantly!!!

The breakfast was made to order and

delicious, featuring a variety of choices that fueled our mornings perfectly. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with recommendations for dining and activities nearby. I particularly enjoyed the charming bridge where you can add a lock, creating a special memory. One small improvement would be to enhance the sound isolation of the rooms, as we could occasionally hear outside noise.

Request a room away from the soccer field noise for a quieter stay.

this place had the audacity to call itself a boutique hotel, yet the music from across the river was blaring until the wee hours. And don’t even get me started on the HOT TUB, which was more of a leaky disaster than a relaxing escape. If only I had received some actual compensation for my suffering, I almost thought I would give them a good review but just couldn’t.

I enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff, especially Santiago, who helped us coordinate a local guide for our trip. The room was comfortable with a lovely river view and a jacuzzi for some relaxation after exploring. However, noise from a nearby festival made it hard to get a good night's sleep before an early morning, and the breakfast could be improved. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.

The room I had was spacious, with a beautiful mountain view and a luxurious hot tub that made my evenings perfect after long days of exploring. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, offering made-to-order eggs and stunning views of the surrounding paisaje. The staff was attentive and helped with my needs, including coordinating transportation to Machu Picchu.

Stunning views from our riverside room and helpful staff made the stay delightful (the hot tub was a fun addition! ) but more attention to cleanliness would enhance the experience.

i loved my stay at jaya machu picchu boutique after exploring the village. the rooms were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with our excursions. their breakfast spread was just amazing, especially before our early trip to machu picchu.
